* Over 200 disabled people in Ghana's Ashanti area benefited from the Ghana Disability Business Forum, which was successfully run in partnership with international non-governmental organizations. * Worked in tandem with the SWEB Foundation's board of directors and senior management to secure $200,000.00 in project funding from both domestic and international sources.

* Forty-five unemployed disabled adolescents from Accra, Kadjebi, and Nkwanta were recruited, taught, and given entrepreneurial opportunities in mushroom, beekeeping, and honey production. * Designed and managed the execution of simple business plans for 45 young people with disabilities, boosting and augmenting their earnings from their mushroom enterprise.* Oversaw discussions with Ghanaian corporate, public, and international organisations to secure funding and resources for the project and its impaired beneficiaries.* Designed and executed a project promotion strategy that resulted in the enlistment of five international volunteers from Nigeria, the Ivory Coast, and Germany.

* Oversaw the team's five projects: the Hope for Kayayie Project, the Hershey Cocoa Nursery Project, the Rural Bee Keeping/Honey Production Project, the Clean Employment Project, and the Rural-tech Waste Energy Project.* Overcame extraordinary obstacles to secure funding for the team's participation in the Enactus National Exposition from the university administration. * Reorganized the team's Business Advisory Board to increase our exposure to Ghana's corporate sector. * Under my leadership, the team received a nomination for the Vice-Chancellor Awards' Organisation of the Year.
