Successes, but also failures forged my knowhow about leadership and management, while increasing the breadth and depth of my knowledge about the automotive lifecycle, development processes and technology for connectivity, cockpit, ADAS and autonomous driving. And my participation in standardization alliances, open source projects and in strategic partnerships enriched this vision by comparing automotive industry with the transformation of other adjacent industries.
