Project highlights- Exposure of microservices (CRM & CLM) on cloud function and Appscripts to automate the onboarding and offboarding of employees.- Design of a tool for managing accesses and roles for the CLM platform (Google Sheets as front-end; Cloud functions as back-end). - Implementation of a CLI tool using Node for mass updating clients on the CLM platform featuring a dynamic retry strategy to maximize the usage of available API resources and a full report and logging of the results for accountability.- Development of a client communication service using the orchestration pattern. This system includes an integrated bounce-check mechanism to handle undeliverable emails, a follow-up feature to engage non-responsive clients and a functionality that allows the relevant team to pose clients additional questions as needed. The completion of this process is the generation of a detailed PDF report summarizing all client interactions and responses. All microservices developed either on Cloud Functions or Appscripts. Soft skills- Support to several teams on the built tools and services involving the constant monitoring of errors and the resolution of any given issues mitigating possible side effects and preventing incidents from occurring. - Management of requirements, analysis, prioritisation, timelines, expectations and stakeholders for large projects required by the business and its needs.

IASTE is the Association of Students from the University of Malaga. Theultimate aim of the Association is to offer local students the opportunityto gain work experience abroad as well as encourage foreign students toexperience Malaga in the same way.As President I led negotiations with students from all over the world,designed and implemented strategies and allocated resources foracomplishing the main objectives. Additionally, I managed to restructurethe association so that it could become more flexible and less burocraticin order to be better and quicker in their deliveries.
