Worked on a specific assignment to manage and facilitate the business readiness process for a cross-border insurance carrier merger between Compañia Española de Seguros y Reaseguros de Crédito y Caución, S.A. (Spain) and Atradius Credit Insurance N.V. (Netherlands). This involved 43 countries in total. Business readiness preparations involved but were not limited to: - Communication to customers, brokers and other parties from a regulatory and practical point of view- Gathering, verifying and testing of changes in various operating systems for all affected Atradius offices around the globe (legal names, registration / tax number, bank account details)- Ensuring that all affected Atradius offices were taking the various steps as expected during this process and acting as a liaison and central coordination point with various central units involved in the project- Preparing and issuing of internal communication plan both to local/central project teams but also to staff in general- Preparing and issuing of external communication package for those parties that required additional informationAll project deliverables have been achieved within the deadlines set (end 2016).

Delivered an 11 week training program on-site (in Credit Insurance, processes and IT systems in the various Atradius locations in Asia. Finally, rolled out a CRM tool (Selligent) within the Global Unit to support the sales activities of the team.
