Initially as a Senior Product Designer and then as Product Manager, the team and I developed Cazoo's first Mobile App (iOS) targeted at managing the Cazoo car and subscription. Doing product discovery we were able to help customers digitally self-serve while scaling and optimizing the Cazoo business. • In 3 months reached 1k MAU (33% of total subscription customer base) • 45% of mid-booking modifications were made via the app reducing CS contacts and empowering the customers
