As a team leader of a payroll software implementation team, I am responsible for the program management of the different projects, the supervision of the functional maintenance of the tool and the customer satisfaction. To do this, my priority is to lead and support the consultants of the team. I listen to their needs, set priorities and always keep an eye.

This position allowed me to gain experience in project management methodologies (Agile PM, Prince2, PMBOK). I was in charge of migration projects for new customers, adaptations of their rules but also internal projects. I really enjoyed this project life in team with high work peaks and the intensity to deliver an order on time, on budget and with the.

Our functional team managed the maintenance and development of a salary calculation software and made sure to implement the legal novelties or to transmit the analyses to the developers. We also took care of the migrations of new clients and the implementation of their specific rules.

This position allowed me to experience international sales. I sold aluminum profiles to companies that used them to build their own products (furniture, windows, curtain rails,…). The mix between meeting new cultures and selling a industrial product was immensely instructive.

The purpose of this mission was to find new clients in the Brussels-Capital Region. It allowed me to discover prospecting, sales techniques and the responsibility of a turnover in a sector (copiers, printers,…) which allows to meet many different professions and profiles.
