Worked as an independent agroforestry consultant, having worked in 13 Brazilian states, Mozambique, Portugal, Gabon and Sri Lanka. Work has been conducted in the development of agroforestry projects, including system design, financial viability analysis, personnel training, management plans. The technical approach adopted has always been to improve soil health through regenerative practices to grow healthy crops and have farmers non-dependent on chemicals. In 2022, PCA was founded: a consultancy and training company specialized in helping farmers plan, project and execute regenerative farming operations. The founding of the company came as a natural next step to Felipe’s 10 years of experience in agroforestry consultancy. The consultancy model of PCA consists of working with the farmer on 3 different areas: the strategical planning of the project; the financial viability of the farm; and the technical optimization of processes in the farm. The company’s technical approach is to use agriculture to regenerate and enrich soil ecosystems through the development of intelligent nutrition plans, heavy use of cover crops and biological inputs and agroforestry designs. Responsible for the development of systems aimed at facilitating the adoption of regenerative practices by farmers. Training and coordination of technicians and farmers in various projects. Monitor the implementation of regenerative agriculture projects. Development of tools for planning and monitoring the regenerative transition in different contexts. Adapta works with financial institutions, development programs and multinational companies (Cargill, PepsiCo and Danone) to include regenerative farming in agricultural supply chains. Over 30 presential courses lectured in Brazil and abroad, totaling 1.000+ participants, in various biomes (Caatinga, Mata Atlântica, Cerrado, Miombo forests and Savanna) and production systems (such as vegetables, fruit, coffee, cocoa, animal). Courses encompass themes such as agroforestry systems, regenerative practices, financial viability in agriculture, strategical planning of farm operations, soil fertility and plant nutrition.

Online programme designed to teach small farmers - who often have no access to quality technical assistance - to learn the basics of soil fertility, plant nutrition, fertilization and soil preparation, allowing them to make assertive decisions that lead to healthier plants, higher quality of produce and higher profitability. The programme is composed of online lessons, live Q&A sessions and a discussion forum. 60+ students have gone through the programme.

Owner and manager of a 5ha farm, dedicated to the production of vegetables, fruit and pasture-raised hens. The team managed consisted of 2 people. Produce was sold directly to final customers through a delivery system and to restaurants in the city. Several regenerative practices were used, such as: Voisin Rational Grazing for hens, agroforestry systems, cover crops, organic fertilizing, composting and biological inputs.
