I am serving various corporate entities as Statutory Auditor and Tax Auditor and also serving various large entities as consultant to various corporates for Finance, Insolvency & Audit Matters. I am also providing support services to various Insolvency Professionals for their professional assignments. I am also been instrumental in preparation of Resolution Plans which were submitted by the Corporates for acquisition of companies in stress under IBC.
