At Worcaps, I lead a team of professionals who provide customized and flexible working capital solutions for small and medium enterprises in the US and Latin America. I am driven by the mission of empowering entrepreneurs and supporting their growth and sustainability.Prior to joining Worcaps, I was a managing director at Bricapital, a private equity and asset management firm with investments in Latin America and the Caribbean. There, I was responsible for developing a portfolio based on corporate clients to finance energy and infrastructure projects in the region, as well as participating in the evaluation and improvement of risk policies and investment projects. I leveraged my analytical skills, financial services knowledge, and client relationship management abilities to cross-sell other vehicles of the financial group and supervise the preparation of credit reports and legal documents. I also collaborated with the account officers, credit committees, and key decision makers to ensure the quality and profitability of the business.
