I have had 3 chapters in my professional life.Chapter 1 - Software Developer. Started as a Game Programmer. After Sikorsky, I worked on Wall Street for Drexel Burnham Lambert building expert systems and then worked as a Senior programmer / Analyst for Morgan Stanley-Dean Witter building retail brokerage workstation consuming live market data to support stock brokers and their customers.Chapter 2 was a self-employed software development consulting career. My clients were Bankers Trust, Brooklyn Union Gas, Chubb Insurance, Dun & Bradstreet, and Skill games Inc. 9/11 led to my next careerChapter 3 was a capital markets technology banking career at Truist. Hired as a Director of Debt Capital Markets IT. I led a 10-member team of derivatives software developers, DBAs, BAs, and support specialists to deliver high value products and services to Derivatives Front, Middle, and Back Office customers. I helped increased trading revenue by 55% over 3 years by improving interest rate derivatives technology infrastructure, architecture, and applications leveraging Calypso technology. Also Senior Scrum Master, Project Manager, supporting Investment banking trade surveillance and e-communications FINRA regulatory projects, and Fixed Income electronic trading. My professional passion is to lead technology delivery in an agile way, supporting customers, help others succeed by being a servant leader, recognize their professional accomplishments, and help them move forward professionally. I am known by colleagues as a highly collaborative hard working individual and customer service drive.
