Was able to disrupt and innovate in this otherwise conservative environment by moving all financial-balance logic to Drools to a clustered architecture, complemented by financial DSLs in Google Docs Spreadsheets. I also helped the customer in understanding SCRUM process and implementing a continuous delivery environment.This project was developed using several different technologies and methodologies like: Agile, Java EE, Drools, EJB 3, JMS, Velocity, JPA, Hibernate, TDD, BDD, Selenium, JQuery, Maven, Bash, Hudson (Jenkins) and AWS Cloud.I was also involved on helping HR department on hiring new people (technical tests and personal profiling) and making business proposals by meeting with new customers, understanding their needs and proposing technical and business solutions to them. By doing this activity I was responsible for the estimates, team allocation and budget. -
