Working as Principal Architect, responsible for driving new technologies choices to the daily development in worldwide critical projects, supporting innovation at organizational level as "AI Head" and helping organization in critical technology decisions.Many technologies like computer vision, iot, big data, ai, cloud, backend, mobile has been studied and applied in critical and strategical projects demanding high availability, huge number of simultaneous users, many deploys by week, etcAs AI Head responsible for creating, managing and keeping organization's AI technology roadmap.Also responsible for managing teams and helping people to grow through mentoring and feedbacks, which is one of the best parts of my day.

Apple Developer Academy is an Eldorado Research Institute program in partnership with Apple that aims to teach iOS, entrepreneurship and design to university students. Besides that, this initiative has a development cell dedicated to develop critical and huge iOS projects for premium partners.Also worked as Eldorado's site technology manager responsible for leading both iOS education and development initiatives, by defining process, driving technologies, managing people and delivering projects to strategic players.

Working as a Solution Architect, responsible for driving the opportunities from the customer needs to the daily development, supporting the business team on project negotiation, driving technology choices in worldwide critical projects.All of these projects required high availability, huge number of simultaneous users, many deploys by week and high quality level on implementation. The list of technologies and methodologies is big but can be summarized in iOT, DevOps, Machine Learning, Continuous Delivery Techniques, C#, Android, iOS, C++, Java, AWS, Azure, NoSQL Databases, AI, etc...One of the best part of my day is to work with people: Hiring interviews, mentoring, technical advices, team building and people management.

Worked as architect in a back-office system for the largest Foreign Exchange Bank of Brazil (Confidence), going from first deploy to 20k operations and 450k requests per day running in a 20-node JBoss AS cluster. Was able to disrupt and innovate in this otherwise conservative environment by moving all financial-balance logic to Drools to a clustered architecture, complemented by financial DSLs in Google Docs Spreadsheets. I also helped the customer in understanding SCRUM process and implementing a continuous delivery environment.This project was developed using several different technologies and methodologies like: Agile, Java EE, Drools, EJB 3, JMS, Velocity, JPA, Hibernate, TDD, BDD, Selenium, JQuery, Maven, Bash, Hudson (Jenkins) and AWS Cloud.I was also involved on helping HR department on hiring new people (technical tests and personal profiling) and making business proposals by meeting with new customers, understanding their needs and proposing technical and business solutions to them. By doing this activity I was responsible for the estimates, team allocation and budget.

Worked as architect in a huge project responsible for controlling all activities related to cosmetics business of big companies like Natura, Jequiti, Fator 5, and 3M. This project was deployed in all business units of these customers on South America, France and United States and that's why it was so challenging: it's very hard to deal with so many different cultures and financial/fiscal aspects with a single and highly customizable implementation.This project was built using ASP .NET, C# and SQL Server. On the other hand I was involved by the first time with Business Intelligence techniques and tools.

Worked as architect and technical leader in so many different projects (considering technology and purpose) for big customers like Motorola, Semp Toshiba, Epson, Toledo and Wincor Nixdorf. I was responsible for defining architecture and providing guidance to the teams on mobile app's, web portals, cash machine modules and telephony protocols. Considering the variety of the projects, I was involved with many different technologies like Java, C#, C, C++, Android, etc...I was member of an internal group responsible for defining the implementation and architecture company directives and best practices in order to improve the development's quality and productivity. At that time I helped the company on achieving CMMI 3 by defining technical processes and being an official appraiser.I lead an internal group responsible for defining implementation and architecture company directives and best practices in order to standardize quality and productivity over the company.I was also involved on business proposals by meeting with new customers, understanding their needs and proposing technical and business solutions to them. By doing this activity I was responsible for the estimates, team allocation and budget.

Worked as a developer in web portals for big customers like CPqD, Natura, Equifax, Globo.com and International Engines. These portals were developed using Java (EJB, Hibernate, Struts) and databases like Oracle, Sybase and DB2.It was here where I had the chance to be introduced and mentored as an technical leader and architect.I was member of an internal group responsible for defining the implementation and architecture company directives and best practices in order to improve the development's quality and productivity.

Worked as a developer in B2B and B2C portals for Natura. These portals were developed using Java, HTML, Javascript and Oracle database.
