We were taking care of critical areas of our customer applications, including Desktop (web) and Mobile (hybrid).I kept balance between innovation and risk in order to put value in production maximising productivity.I pushed for agile transformation and to move out of monolithic architectures. I promoted a close collaboration with the business stakeholders working as oneteam.I selected and managed suppliers and developers to keep a best in class team which can produce the most with limited resources.

Duties• Defined the functionality of several production projects and PoC using RFID technology to automatize processes. Examples are: Warehouse Management (IHC Shipyard), Automatic Product Detection in filling machines (Presswood), Shipment Management and Volumetric Checkout of Items (Econosto).• Software architecture definition for the different platforms, including Web Server Architecture (Java Tomcat server, Spring Boot), Handheld Computers (Windows Mobile – RFID equipped handhelds, Android), B2B Interfaces (Spring Integration).• Progressive adoption of Modularity, Microservices, Message Queue with Rabbit MQ. Actively involved in the full development lifecycle of the Web Application’s backend.
