Current• I manage, motivate and mentor a team of professionals, and steer people into achieving company goals by providing solid financial fundamental analysis, explaining deviations versus forecast, underlying assumptions and forward-looking analysis• Head of Asset Management Financial Planning and Analysis, mainly covering Cashflow, Capex, and Working Capital• Lead Strategic Initiatives, such as Strategic Plan, Capex Budgeting (selection and allocation), driving Cashflow and Working Capital Optimizations across multiple countries, building bridges with multiple stakeholders to achieve common goals• Safeguarding and improving the Group's performance leading a team of skilled professionals, bringing together multiple stakeholders across the organization, using finance as a tool that drives transformation and steers towards business objectives• Board of Directors Member of Georg Fischer-Wavin joint venture in SwitzerlandChallenge business areas to achieve global goals in both financial and commercial KPIs, acting as an enabling business partner bridge builder• Early promotion and recipient Global Recognition Award (once a year, to only 1 person in worldwide Wavin Finance)
