As a Teaching Assistant for CIS 5450 Big Data Analytics, my responsibilities included:• Collaborate with the TA team and professors to teach over 400 students from different backgrounds.• Deliver recitations, design and review homework and exams, assist in group projects and conduct office hours.

- Led the design, deployment, testing and training of an application that assisted the Organizing team to mobilize over 20,000 of volunteers across the state, and was used by hundreds of users.- Worked with various teams within the Harris-Wallz campaign to leverage data for decision-making and operations.- Built and maintaining scalable data pipelines that feed reports and tools implemented across the campaign.- Implemented quality control processes to establish and enforce robust data integrity standards.

As part of my internship project, I designed and developed a working prototype of an application using Object Oriented Programming in Python that validates data quality used for training and inference.

In my role as Fraud Prevention Analyst, my main goal was to reduce the impact of fraudulent transactions within Mercado Pago, Mercado Libre’s payment solution. My team was responsible for fraud prevention within Point, Mercado Pago’s POS solution for merchants in Brazil, Argentina, and Mexico. Some of my responsibilities were:- Analyze the efficiency and performance of neural network models that score sellers’ transactions, aiming at optimizing approval rates and maintaining a minimum level of fraud within the platform.- Perform in depth analysis with SQL and Python of deviations and attacks, suggest and test hypothesis of fraud profiles to block, and propose improvements to the neural network models to prevent future attacks. -Measure the impact of changes to fraud prevention models and new products on business KPIs.- Work closely with other departments to strengthen the integrity of new products and functionalities.- Design monitoring processes and alarms to quickly identify deviations and act rapidly on fraudulent users.

Headquartered in New York, and with offices in 35 countries, through its global network, it provides focused support to more than 1,000 entrepreneurs from all over the world.As part of the team of Entrepreneur Selection and Growth my responsibilities were:- Search and evaluate the business models of high potential entrepreneurs. I have to interview founders aiming at joining Endeavor, work with them building a business model profile of their companies, and prepared candidates for Local and International Selection Panels.- Provide strategic support to scale-up companies in an expansion phase, helping Endeavor Entrepreneurs as their Account Manager to accelerate their growth, improve their efficiency and connect to the global Endeavor network. My portfolio of companies includes a majority of SaaS companies, some of which operate in the fields of cybersecurity, IoT, entertainment and healthcare.As Salesforce Champion for the Buenos Aires office, my responsibilities were:- Build reports, dashboards and processes, connecting all areas of the organization, managing and analyzing data within the Argentina office.- Work closely with the Fundraising and Marketing Departments, acting as Project Manager for Open Innovation campaigns. I manage project execution and make sure deliverables are finished on time.- Lead projects and design best practices together with other offices, assisting the global team in the administration of Salesforce worldwide.

Assisted with the first BI projects within the company, building dashboards for the different teams in the region.

The South American Business Forum is a student-run organization that annuallygathers 100 students and 40 current leaders in a 3 day conference in BuenosAires, Argentina. The position as Co-Director of 18 people has helped me developmentoring and leadership skills while challenging my organizational,communicational and decision making ones. I learned to manage stressfulsituations with high level of uncertainty.

As Head of the Speakers Department, my main responsibilities are:• Team management.• Designating SABF's 12th edition main topic "A Conversation Across Borders".• Contacting international leaaders to be speakers at various events.• Planning the schedule and logistics of the conference.
