I am a motivated and naturally outgoing leader with a passion for learning and mentoring others. I have over 15 years of experience in management and have led teams in developing clear training strategies, providing specialized training and maintaining compliance to standards to achieve organizational and team success. I am looking to continue my service by applying both intangible and tangible skills I have gained in my illustrious career to deliver excellent service and build customer and team loyalty.I have been recognized and highly selected to represent the Marine Corps on two occasions totaling 5 years of recruiting service. From 2008-2011, I was an Marine enlisted recruiter and Programs Specialist. From 2018-2020, I was the Officer Selection Assistant for Marine Officer procurement and Senior Enlisted in charge of recruiting activities for a West Oahu and Hawaii island.I have spent the past 20 years working in an ever-changing spectrum full of decisions that support global impact and influence. I have worked closely in foreign countries and local communities in mentoring and developing relations. I know how to work together with clients to define the targeted objectives and paved paths to achieve common goals.
