As a test manager at SunTrust, I have managed all aspects of testing for high level estimates, risks vs cost estimates, test planning, test execution, defect management, implementation and warranty testing. Using the SAP's ascendant testing methodology process. I managed a team of 5 consultants which gathered and created the business requirements for the IBM manufacturing distribution System X server brands. Developing the requirements needed for the SAP deployment project called Blue Harmony. Identified and gather the requirements for IBM Global Trade Services (import and exports) process and custom solution centers. Identified and gather the requirements for the Order Entry Delivery Process and Transportation services. Reviewing and presenting the requirements to the clients and to senior executive managers.

Using the (SDLC) System Development Life Cycle testing Methodology Process. I created (SIT) System Integration Test Cases, (UAT) User Acceptance Test Cases and Regression Test Cases to test the newly developed SAP code for IBM Global Manufacturing process for System X server brands called Xccelerator. This was a 5 year project that consisted of 7 major SAP installation. I specialized in the area's of distribution and Global logistics and order processing between the SAP order entry system and the manufacturing system in US, Canada, Mexico and China/Taiwan. I helped gather the requirements and created the SAP custom solution centers in the US and CA. I managed and created the test cases and tested the warranty issues. I received an excellent achievement awards and an all expense paid vacation to Disney World for my work.

As an account program manager; I managed the manufacturing orders for IBM's Large Enterprise Accounts configurations and building the servers, desktops and thinkpads. I managed 3 different positions managing US & Canada accounts, The Mail Order Accounts and the Latin America Accounts. The major accounts I supported were Kodak, Cisco, Ford, PC Connection, CDW, Johnson & Johnson, Chrysler and many more. I was responsible for managing inventory levels, prioritization of critical customer orders with the manufacturing lines in US, Canada, Mexico and China. I managed the inventory cost levels along with manufacturing quality control.For my work I received 2 IBM outstanding achievement awards for customer support. Award from PC Connection for outstanding support and PC Mall award for customer support.

As an quality assurance manager for IBM; I managed the AAP (Authorized Assembler Program) business partners for quality control for the manufacturing of IBM's server, desktops and thinkpads. I performed quarterly ISO9000 audits at Incom, Tech Data Vacom, PC Mall for quality control at their manufacturing plants across the US. I created test plans and test cases that monitored the business partner development and integration process for quality standards. I managed the critical manufacturing quality problems developing and creating cost estimates based on the manufacturing quality data for all of IBM's business partners.

Onsite manufacturing account line manager at Inacom in Omaha NE. I supported all of the manufacturing of Servers, Desktops and ThinkPads for IBM AAP (Authorized Assembler Program). I was the lead technical support for all of the manufacturing builds guidelines. I identified configuration issues and reported any quality issues to IBM. I managed all of the Microsoft gold images and updated and configured the manufacturing line severs that installed the operating systems for the Servers, Desktop and Thinkpads. I conducted quarterly audit to ensure compliance with IBM manufacturing build guidelines. I trained new onsite manufacturing manager for other IBM business partners.
