Launching new Investors department

Non-profit organization dedicated to promoting professional networking. As a member of the Madrid team, I help organize events to expand our growing network of people.

• International Transformation & Project Management end-to-end: strategy & plan definition, management & coordination of project resources, ownership of different project work streams. • Definition & implementation of processes & procedures at Corporate level (RE demand, Demand management)• Other functions: Leading Operations of several departments (some from scratch), alignment/coordination between departments/areas, reporting framework definition and implementation (internal & external), Reporting to client top management, Internal improvements for tools identification, coordination and implementation, Governance Model definition and implementation, teams definition, processes definition…Coordination & Leading Innovation initiatives: • Group Innovation Forum coordination• PoCs launching• AI projects implementation & industrialization• Assets tokenization• Countries: Italy, Spain, Greece, Cyprus & Portugal.• Main project areas: Real Estate, Communications (Internal/External), Procurement, Enterprise Data Wharehouse.

• International Transformation & Project Management end-to-end: strategy & plan definition, management & coordination of project resources, and ownership of different project work streams. • Lead projects +600k€ involving internal & external teams (+45 people from the Business, IT, Legal, DPO, Procurement, Finance…) from different countries, and reporting to top management (local & group).• Definition & implementation of processes & procedures at Corporate level (RE demand, Demand management)• Projects: Real Estate Website definition and implementation (for assets commercialization), Internal tool development (for asset management), coordination between systems, and reporting alignment.

• RE projects management: from definition to implementation• Leading day-a-day operations for several departments• Department and team creation aligned with Company strategy, Coordination between departments/areas, Reporting framework definition and implementation (internal & external), Reporting to client top management, Internal tool improvements identification, coordination and implementation, Governance Model definition and implementation, Teams definition, Processes definition and implementation…• Projects: Real Estate Website definition and implementation (for assets commercialization), Internal tool development (for asset management), coordination between systems, and reporting alignment.

• Operations & Efficiency projects: from need identification and definition until implementation and benefits measurement. • Definition and implementation: Team Structure, Department Processes, Governance Model, Reporting.• Processes assessment for RPA implementation.Sectors: Real Estate and Banking

Main tasks & responsibilities:• Financial auditor of different clients (Real Estate, Energy, Logistics, Pharma...). • Lead client audit engagements (project planning to execution) and financial statements review.• Review and supervise teamwork (juniors/interns).

With this event, we wanted to give a positive perspective on all the bad news around us. I was responsible for developing the business plan, Brand Development, Sales, Media plan, Promotion, Community Manager, etc.We celebrated the event in Menorca (with an attendance of 220 people), 2 times in Madrid (achieving an attendance of 1,100 people), and Ávila (with an attendance of 500 people).

We used to manage all the digital advertising for big brands: SEM, Display, Remarketing, Emailing, and Social Media. We focused on achieving the media objectives and ROI maximization.Involved in all media campaign processes: - Campaign Planning- Media negotiation- Creativities Implementation- End of campaign - Results analysis- Invoicing- International report of the campaignWorking also with the offline department (TV, Radio, etc.) to deliver global brand results.

IT Services team. My tasks included taking care of the IT rooms, public attendance and database management, among others.
