Development of dashboards (Power BI) for monitoring the main operational and financial metrics.Identification and driving implementation of process improvements, liaising Accounting, Legal, HR as well as other areas involved in the Asset. Design and establish the cost allocation principles and methodology for Algerian projects. Calculation of income tax and tax balance sheet of the entities under Algerian tax laws.
