Working along Strategic Sourcing team to improve spend analysis visibility, reducing working capital through strategic categories, consolidating purchases and avoiding unnecessary expenses.- Establishing a standard UoM for negotiated categories.- Enhancing MRO items with complete & correct attributes/specifications.- Assigning all goods in the Master Material catalog a Family-Line-Category classification.- Providing materials with generic descriptions (specs only) to avoid supplier dependency/vendor lock-in.Working along Global Inventory Mgmt. & Local Warehouses to increase inventory levels accuracy and reduce working capital by promoting the consumption and sharing of goods.- Duplication detection to consolidate spare parts.- Data cleaning to keep data integrity from MM catalog.- Executing initiatives to target different scopes (High Rotation/Critical/On Demand)- Transferring balances to avoid overstock, lack of material rotation and goods’ damage.- Assisting procurement with spot requests and technical info/support when new materials are requested.- Set up MRP parameters (replenishment levels/storage bin/ABC indicator classification) and updating BOMs/POs/WOs/PRs.

BUYER- Requesting to the vendor documents, i.e., TDS, MSDS, invoices.- Evaluating suppliers according to price, lead time and quality to help sourcing team negotiating wholesale conditions, payment terms, warranty policies.- PRs/POs for managed categories such as seals and gaskets, air and oil cylinders, rubber, plastics and chemical compounds.- Following up vendors’ accounts are up to date / send pending invoices to AP to avoid “On-Hold” cases.- Tracking orders until their delivery to the warehouse.WAREHOUSE SPECIALIST- Performing regular cycle counts.- Monitoring replenishment stock levels.- Creating inventory reports on a weekly/monthly basis.- Uploading/Updating material data on CONTAPQi Comercial.- Informing possible discrepancies between physical inventory vs system.
