My main responsibility was to integrate with my client's team (Points International) and help them achieve their business development goals through the delivery of quality software.In addition to the responsibilities with my client, I collaborated on internal initiatives to help Nearsoft achieve its yearly goals while retributing to the community. Those included:- Being a Staff Member at the Nearsoft Academy mentorship program (which aimed to turn recent graduates into professional software engineers after six months of intensive training), contributing to decisions regarding curriculum and logistics.- Performed 200+ technical interviews.- Imparted a series of technical training to new engineers twice a year.- Closely mentored 6 interns for 6 months each. All of them were able to land a job and become meaningful contributors to the company's clients.- Organized a Data Science meetup involving both industry professionals and academics.- Participated as a speaker in several talks and workshops.

Got accepted into the Nearsoft Academy, an internship program with a duration of 6 months. I got an offer as a full-time developer during the 3rd month.
