- Failure Analysis Leader• Responsible to determine root causes of failure in customers product.•8D Leader for Analysis Requests.• Assist Quality Site Managers, Customer Service and Technical Consultants in the feedback to the customers.• Tracking the implementations of quality controls to lower risks of product/process failures.- Change Management Board Member• Verifying the compliance of the products to the Smart Cards Quality Standards Required by the customer/Gemalto/International Standards after any change is applied to the product or process.- Quality Reliability program.•Responsible for the product quality monitoring in LATAM Region (B&P/TELCO/ID) giving proper feedback and tracking of the resolution of quality issues.- Other quality responsibilities.• Trained in ISO 9001/14001/OHSAS as an Internal Auditor.
