I love to solve problems. I have been doing it at every stage of my career, regardless of my position. It could be internal operations processes in Finance or Accounting, customer journeys in a Retail environment, or leveraging software like MS Excel or Salesforce. Having the customer at the center, I focus on obtaining the highest potential efficiency and providing the best user experience. I also learned the hard way when it is better to go back to the drawing board and start all over. When I am part of a team, I bring my business acumen, entrepreneurial mindset, adaptability, business analysis, and fast learning skills to take in what is needed to provide value as fast as possible. To achieve it, I use my experience across industries, countries, different company sizes, high-performing teams (on-site and remote), and software implementation as frameworks to uncover the pain points and find a strategic, holistic solution.I am always learning to improve my toolset and give my best at the task at hand. For instance, within the last two years, I became a Scrum Product Owner, implemented a solution with Power BI (without prior knowledge), and obtained three Salesforce certifications to support my current consultant role.
