Edoome is an educational collaborative platform that reduces teachers workload. Teachers can interact each other and with their students sharing their content and experiences worldwide through a freemium business model. Edoome has more than 500.000 users all over Latam.As the founder of this startup I have:1.- Defined and executed the vision and strategy.2.- Lead and participated in the web development.3.- Improved business model continuously.4.- Defined and executed marketing activities and generated and presented proposals to sell our service.5.- Raised funding from private and public sector.6.- Managed joint project with Chilean Education Ministry where Edoome was implemented in over 300 schools.Main Edoome Milestones:2014: Started working with the Chilean Education Ministry.2013: Selected by the edtech incubator ImagineK12 to receive mentorship and funding for 5 months in Silicon Valley. 2012: Winner of the Social Entrepreneurship contest "Applícate" organized by Socialab.2012: Winner of the Entrepreneurship contest JumpUC at Universidad Católica of Chile in the Science and Technology category.2012: Funded by Startup Chile

The work involved making focus groups with different stakeholders of the club. Later on I used the results to develop the strategic plan of the club for the next 4 years using the Delta Model as a guide. The work was presented in iterative meetings to the board and the CEO.

The work involved designing data base models and web pages. PHP and SQL programming languages were used. I had to assist to meetings with the clients to discuss the project requirements. As assistant of the IT manager the main tasks were to participate in the managers meetings where the main decisions of the enterprise were taken as well as helping in the management of some of the projects.
