CurrentAs an analyst at Accenture, I have been part of several projects for clients from different sectors, such as the Energy, Public, Insurance and CMT Sector. I was part of one of the largest and most impactful technology transformations within the Portuguese CMT industry. In this capacity, I've played a role in shaping project strategy, covering everything from meticulous planning and thorough risk assessment to addressing organizational changes. Additionally, I was hands-on in ensuring smooth project execution and closely monitoring progress.Most recently, I have been focused in helping clients understanding Cloud needs and assisted in the Application Inventory and target framework (6R’s) classification. I also supported the development of the Omnichannel & Cloud strategies and roadmaps. At a client I also assisted in the development of an RFP of Cloud services and Co-developed the proposal evaluation methodology for CSP selection.As part of Accenture team, I learned better ways to think conceptually and practically and had the opportunity to improve and develop creative thinking, constructive criticism and problem-solving skills.
