Recognize and accept your weaknesses. You can't turn a weakness into a strength if you're busy denying the weakness exists. This is what really turned my life since I qualified as a Company Secretary in 2007.In the first job, I could not write even 3 liner email seeking basic information as I was too shy and introvert. I felt, "Introvert" tag is a cushion I can stay unexposed to the world. However, soon I realised that it will not help if I want to grow out of the well and set for a journey which has taught me so many things. I have changed the job when prospects on paper looks good but was not attractive experience wise. I have jumped into a Practice while having the one of the most secured job and whose position was not even questioned when the Company was planning attrition. In 2013, my boss offered me work of the Company in case if I want to start a practice without actually believing that I will accept the challenge leaving a high paying and comfortable job, without realising that I have always dreamed of having my own business, I have accepted it even without second thought. He asked me to think for 2-3 days and give confirmation but I said no need of second thought and I set off for entrepreneurship journey. Since 2013, I have along with my wife cum business partner and few friends have taken the JMJA to the level where we are proud of ourselves with what we achieved i.e. a beautiful Journey where everyone feels part of a Team and gives his/her best and ultimately clients gets the best services, as always.Being a tech-savvy has helped me in this journey a lot and since the start of pandemic all the smaller steps we took to go online have paid its rich dividend. Today, JMJA is known for its its result oriented approach, mixing compliance with technology and ensuring that we not only focus on automations and buying costlier softwares but also providing simple solutions to traditional problems using day to day softwares like MS Office etc.I love to teach and take sessions on various technical as well as non technical subjects and am absolutely comfortable with online as well as physical training. So the journey that started in the comfort of being "introvert" has led me to a stage where I can at least speak on stage without actually running away from the stage (yes, my legs are still shaking and I am still learning daily).
