• Using national data sets (e.g. Center for TOD, Census Transportation Planning package, American Communities Survey), analyzed impacts of up-zoning areas within 3 miles of existing rail transit stations to evaluate.
• Found high-density development can impact changes for commuting under certain factors while only impacting 1% of the land in the continental US.
