Provided consulting support to a global media client pertaining to their procurement technology implementation in the United States and India, while working with a cross functional team of inhouse staff and other 3rd party providers. The consulting support for this initiative involved business requirements data mining, process re-engineering, establishing required Delegation of Authority for transaction approval, User Acceptance Testing support and change management strategy development / execution for the Go Live technology implementation.
