Supervision of production sector (one shift), covering around 25 operators. Control mainly Production KPI’s such as productivity, scrap, and create action plan to keep then in target. Be aware and create action plan for possible safety incidents. Give support for operators when needed such as maintenance problems and empower them to take decision to keep machines working and reducing unexpected losses. Give suggestions and stimulate the team to make improvements in process through an internal program (productivity improvement, scrap reduction, waste reduction, etc). Make daily audits in lines to assure that operators are working complying with the recommendations of internal process, mainly related with safety issues, but also checking 5S, TPM and daily check lists. Develop operators through rotation between stations, avoiding fatigue and keeping more operators trained in different machines.Main achievements:- Created a spreadsheet to plan one sector of shop floor, identifying the bottleneck and focus on this to make the best sequence for production.- Install a counter on process to operator check what the cycle time he/she should achieve. If the operator do not achieve the cycle time a visual and audible alarm warn him to improve it.

Development of documentation to check the process and instructions for the correct and standardized operations, to ensure the quality and standardization of the final product. Training and development, especially the production leaders, as well as guiding them to the right way of training and developing new entrants. Development of Excel spreadsheets to control the productivity of each production line as well as line stop status, analyzing data through graphs and generating action plans in order to prevent problems from occurring again. Conducting daily control and individual absenteeism through Excel spreadsheet to generate monthly graphs in order to analyze the impact of this indicator in others, such as productivity, to then take individual actions such as individual motivation and advice.Main achievements:- Improvements in robot programming for better welding quality, reducing weld splash and improving weld visual and penetration, and also to reduce cycle time.- Implementation of autonomous maintenance based on equipments cleaning and empowerment to change basic equipments such as robot weld torch, sensors on JIGs, wire cables, etc.- Reduction of turnover with the support of HR. Create desires profiles for each production station and make hiring process more assertively.

Experience in team coordination, planning and supervising the sectors of Boilermaking, Welding and Painting, covering about 60 employees. Knowledge in standardization of manufacturing processes and their improvement, always focusing on cost reduction and quality improvements.
