Develop operators through rotation between stations, avoiding fatigue and keeping more operators trained in different machines.Main achievements:- Created a spreadsheet to plan one sector of shop floor, identifying the bottleneck and focus on this to make the best sequence for production.- Install a counter on process to operator check what the cycle time he/she should achieve. If the operator do not achieve the cycle time a visual and audible alarm warn him to improve it. -
