The company’s core business is retained executive search and they complete more than 1500 senior executive search assignments a year. Their global client base is extensive and represents some of the largest blue chip organisations in the: Financial Services; Technology; Consumer & Retail; Life Sciences and Industrial & Resources sectors. Managing the recruitment assignments, from the in-depth analysis of the client’s needs to the recommendation of final candidates, going through all the intermediate stages.- Point of contact for clients;- Developing a good understanding of what client companies do and their work culture;- Advertising vacancies appropriately by drafting and placing adverts choosing the most effective recruitment approach and using a wide range of media (e.g. websites, magazines, direct search);- Headhunting - identifying and approaching suitable candidates;- Understanding and explaining the business to the candidates;- Receiving and reviewing applications;- Informing candidates about the results of their interviews and preparing letters of appointment;- Providing adequate reporting to the hiring manager, and supervisor;- Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programs;- Contributing to the image and core values of our consulting business in terms of ethics, code of conduct and professional standards.
