As the Chief Technology Officer for Impact Networking, I am responsible for establishing the company’s technology vision and strategic direction, while building and implementing platforms to support customers, employees, and partners. My background in sales continues to inform my work as a CTO today, reminding me that tech is part of a holistic business strategy that also includes our employees, company culture, and ability to step back and see things from a client’s point of view.I joined Impact in 2006 and was made a partner in 2014. With more than 18 years of experience in driving innovative change in complex technology environments, I have a proven track record of helping Impact grow while ensuring our customers and employees have the best-in-class tools and resources necessary to scale and be successful. Today, Impact’s average annual growth rate is 25% with more than 900 full-time employees across the nation and nearly $200 million in revenue.I manage several teams of experts responsible for designing and implementing solutions that automate redundant and inefficient business processes and advancing Impact’s vision for growth and success. From low-code platforms for custom applications to business process optimization, I understand the challenges that Impact and its customers face and convert challenges into competitive advantages. In addition to developing our internal team, I maintain partner relationships and regularly vet new solutions to add to the company’s portfolio. Formerly, I manage customer-facing teams from pre-sales toimplementation.I earned a bachelor’s degree in management information systems from Bradley University. Additionally, I completed Kellogg Executive Education’s Chief Digital Officer Program with electives in digital marketing strategies via data, automation, AI & analytics, design thinking, and energizing people for performance. I also serve as a board member at DOT Security, a managed security services provider.
