• I designed and developed an innovative tool for call collection monitoring in Python that integrated Azure speech-to-text services and language models using the LangChain framework. This tool allowed the scripts of each call type to be compared to the actual transcripts, which significantly streamlined the performance evaluation of various consultants in a reduced amount of time. I also automated report generation using Quarto in R, which facilitated data analysis and supported strategic decision-making. The tool was deployed in GCP, integrating various services such as Cloud Storage, Cloud Build, and Cloud Run.• I have been involved in several portfolio provisioning projects. These projects used various techniques to calculate the probability of default (PD), including the use of Markov chains to create the transition matrix that provides the probabilities and decision trees, a decision tree model was trained using data from several years of portfolio closings to predict the probability of default based on certain characteristics. It was then put into production in AWS using a lambda function.• I created and deployed several ETLs along with their respective databases using SQL, R, and R Shiny. These tools provided users with a graphical interface to load, clean, and standardize data before it was stored in a PostgreSQL database. All ETLs were deployed in production at Digital Ocean.

• I developed complex SQL queries in BigQuery to generate reports, ensuring data accuracy through exhaustive data cleansing and transformation processes. My skills in R and RShiny enabled me to create interactive web applications that facilitated data-driven decision-making for clients.• I created a customer segmentation application that, in addition to analyzing credit payment patterns, took into account other relevant characteristics to identify risks and provide information for strategic interventions in accordance with SARLAFT guidelines.• Designed a routing application. Implemented OSRM and Leaflet to optimize collection routes and improve payment collection in different cities in Colombia.
