Within the University of Liège, the mission of RADIUS (Récolte et Analyse des Données d’Utilité Stratégique) is to harness and analyze strategic utility data from various institutional databases. As a Data Analyst with the RADIUS Team, my role involves defining and monitoring essential indicators, creating tailored dashboards for diverse users, and contributing to the development of our institutional data warehouse.

Analytics 4 HR is a spin-off project from the University of Liege and the Catholic University of Louvain.We develop the continuous listening platform TalkUp that enables companies to stay connected with their employees. TalkUp was implemented in companies such as Ardent Group, CHR La Citadelle, Ethias, Infrabel, VPharma. I am also speaker, trainer and consultant in HR analytics.

Project manager of Trust 4 Performance (T4P), a joint initiative of professors and researchers from HEC-ULg and UCL to promote trust as a lever for sustainable organizational performance. T4P seeks to raise awareness and inform the business community about the crucial role of trust between all stakeholders.

20 years of experience as coach in sport and performance psychology with young, hopefuls and elite athletes (roughly 150 athletes from 25 sports). Experience with Top athletes (Olympic medalist and TOP 20 tennis player). Main experience in tennis, badminton, golf, track and field, cycling, ultra-endurance. Trainer for sport coaches and executives on performance management.

As a Data Analyst in the HR analytics team at Euroclear, my mission was to leverage Excel to automate reporting tasks. My key achievement involved designing a data pipeline that streamlined the processing of HR information system data, ensured data quality through checks and corrections, and facilitated the export of data to various deliverables, including the People Dashboard and reports for internal clients. My technical skills were centered around Excel VBA automation, Power Query for data manipulation, and creating insightful dashboards and DAX measures, enhancing decision-making capabilities within the HR department.

Trainer for executive programs and seminars on leadership and self-leadership for companies such as BNP Parisbas Fortis, CBC, CHR La Citadelle, Degroof Petercam, Deutsche Bank, Elia, GDF-Suez, Infrabel, Lampiris, SPF Justice, SWDE, VINCI Energies.

BSM Management is a consulting and training organization specialized in management and service marketing. I realized several consulting projects for private and public companies: (a) development on behalf of a consulting firm of an automatized tool to analyze and report data from a team performance diagnostic questionnaire, (b) study of employees’ preferences on retirement, (c) staff satisfaction survey for a hospital (d) training in team management.

I investigated in my Ph.D. thesis the role of employees’ trust in their organization as a substitute of control and as a motivator for employees to contribute to their organization’s mission. More generally, I investigate how employee-organization relationship influence organizational health and performance.
