As a Product Analyst, I play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making within the Trimble Forestry organization. I analyze data from both internal and external sources to provide valuable insights on market trends, user behavior, and business needs. My work involves collaborating with product managers, lead engineers, and user experience designers to develop strategic and tactical plans that guide product development and feature design. I am responsible for maintaining comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, functionality specifications, and reports. Additionally, I serve as a liaison between business units, product teams, and end-users, ensuring alignment with the product vision. My key skills include data modeling, creating metrics and dashboards, feature design, and proficiency in query languages and scripting. I translate complex data into actionable insights, which enhance the product roadmap and support a seamless user experience.

As a Data Insights Product Lead, I contributed to a team of engineers and data scientists involved in product and line of business data analytics in Caterpillar Trimble Control Technologies (CTCT). I led the Data Insights Community of Practice in CTCT through which I worked closely with internal stakeholders and representatives from different functions of the organization to identify opportunities for running product and business analytics projects aligning to the strategies of platform evolution in CTCT.This role also saw my scope of responsibility increase, as alongside being a data product manager, I was also a platform product manager for CTCT's grade control platform software. I worked with agile teams across the globe on UI componentization products and led the joint venture's think tank on front-end extensibility.
