I started as a strategic planner and account manager in the creative advertising industry. I worked for various clients from all major industries on creative ideas to grow their business. After that I focussed my work on strategy consulting, business development, change management, and organizational development in a small but agile marketing and strategy consultancy in Berlin. My brother and I helped our clients to move with culture, strategy, organization, and operations in the digital era of constant change.Today I am using my skills in one of the largest digital transformation agencies in northern Europe: Solita.
