HPFS Business Redesign: Represented IT in HPFS Business Redesign project to define single set of global business practices at Macro, Micro, and Nano levels. Aligned IT processes with best practices, in compliance with Global IT.• HPFS IT Redesign: Lead the HPFS IT redesign to align the IT processes to common best practices to follow by the Global IT department of HP Financial Services.• HPFS IT PMO: Design and implementation of global quarterly release schedule with automated deployments for each application.
