Currently, in the role of project coordination, my focus is on ensuring effective client delivery by removing potential obstacles and negotiating deliverables. I manage the product backlog, strategize, remove impediments, track delivery progress, and primarily report to clients through documents and presentations. As an Agile Master with PSM-I and PSM-II certifications, I work with a major client, leading two teams. I play a crucial role in the agile transformation of organizations, helping teams and clients adopt and improve agile practices efficiently and effectively. I have the ability to guide teams and leadership in implementing and optimizing agility.I have experience with SAFe, Scrum, and Kanban, promoting facilitation and training, especially in times of crisis, acting as an agile mentor and coach. I am skilled in defining, tracking, and analyzing agile metrics such as Lead Time, Cycle Time, Velocity, and Burn-down/Burn-up charts to assess team performance and process efficiency. Always focused on continuous improvement, I encourage teams to regularly review and refine their processes. I conduct feedback sessions and metric analysis to identify bottlenecks and resolve conflicts.In addition, I am an MBA professor, teaching agile-related subjects such as PSM and PSPO preparation, Management 3.0, agile culture, PO fundamentals, and business requirements. I have taught classes ranging from 20 to 150 students, consistently achieving evaluation scores above 85%, proving the effectiveness of my teaching methods. My previous career as a senior backend developer in C# and VB.Net allows me to provide technical support to the team, increasing efficiency and reducing dependencies on other teams.
