The Pega Centre of Excellence is a transverse team in charge of the performance of Sopra Steria Group's Pega projects. It is designed to :- Respond to the growth of our business around Pega,- Support the BUs in developing and professionalizing their Pega resources,- Secure the delivery of Pega projects through our methodology and tools,- Perpetuate our partnership with the Pega.This team is looking for experienced profiles (LSA, SSA+, LBA, UX/UI, Marketing/Decisioning, Scrum Master).

In 2015, due to the growth, the entity is divided into two business unit. I become de deputy director of "Energy & Utilities Consulting" division. I take the lead for the creation of a "Smart Usage" Community whose objective is to propose a new approach inspired by the Design Thinking in order to define how the innovation and the digital can improve the user experience (UX) and the customer experience (CX). At first oriented only on Energy & Utilities his vocation is to deploy itself on all the sectors.

Mid-2013, the skill centers are divided in order to join and strengthen sectorial entities. In this movement I become deputy director of the Division "Industry & Services Consulting" (M€ 27 turnover and 220 employees in 2014). This entity brings together key account customers in the fields of energy, transport and Aerospace. I stay the referent for the Excellence Client (CRM) offer.

In 2010, Sopra Group brings together all of its consulting activities around the Sopra Consulting brand and sets up a new organization to serve the strategy consulting & management, the sectorial council (Banking / Insurance, Industry and Services, and Telecom public sector) and the board around technological solutions (ERP and Specialties). In this new organization, I take the direction of the Specialties cluster which includes three skill centers (CRM, BI, Agile & Collaborative Solutions) with turnover M€ 12 and 100 persons.

In 2006, I participate to the creation of the Business Consulting Division. This new entity is designed to strengthen the consulting activity with skill's centers managed as profit centers. Deputy in charge of the operational and economic management of this division (2009 : 30M€ turnover - 260 persons), I keep the direct responsibility of the CRM skill center (Turnover M€ 6.5 and 50 persons).

In 2004, with the acquisition of Valoris, the CRM Skill Center (CA € 2.3 million in 2005) retains its positioning and a transverse role for all of Sopra Group.

In 1998, I joined Valoris. As a Consultant Manager and attached to the BU Services (Telecom, Utilities, Distribution, Public) I drive consulting assignments and integration projects for the implementation of CRM solutions.

In 1992 I created OFP Conseil a firm specializing in improving sales performance and customer relationship management. Founding Partner, I co-lead the firm until 1998. Especially in charge of France Telecom account I conduct many missions related to the marketing organization, the sales and customer service, business process optimization and monitoring of performance. These consulting assignments are strongly focused on supporting deployment and usage of the decisional information systems and operational in the areas of marketing, call centers, sales forces and after-sales services.

Early 1987 in response to growing market demand (especially the banking and the telecom sectors) I created a department 'Audit & Training' proposing the establishment of integrated cells of telemarketing, training and the field support. Responsible for the development of this offer until 1992, I managed a team of 3 people and I drove a lot of missions of consulting on sales methods and operational marketing. In 1992, the activity of this department represented 25% of the all turnover.

I started my career at the end of 1986 as a Consultant within the Groupe Telescore, 3rd French Direct Marketing Company at the time, with a global offer on the Call Centers.I discovered the direct marketing in taking first all the operational jobs Telescore was proposing and then in accompagnating both general manager on their client meeting.
