*ActionAt Action, I am the team leader of the supply chain (e)learning department. Together with my team, we develop learning solutions for all distribution centres and supply chain employees across Europe. My role requires me to think strategically about how we use and develop our learning curriculum that is accessible to all supply chain employees, and to be up-to-date of the latest developments in learning technology. I regularly advise stakeholders on how to improve our talent management and blended learning approach. I use tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe CC, Moodle and Totara on a daily basis to create effective and modern learning solutions. I produce all training videos myself, including filming, and edit them using Apple's Final Cut Pro. *Media BirdIn addition to my work at Action, I run my own company (Media Bird), which combines video production with educational services. I've been building websites for schools and small businesses (Wordpress, Moodle) since high school. Together with a team of freelancers, I also produce numerous 'eindfilms' every year, which are a modern replacement for the traditional class 6 graduation plays (eindmusical groep 8) in the Netherlands. I also run multimedia workshops for many companies and schools. I have a strong background in video production and editing with tools such as Final Cut Pro and Premiere Pro, which I use to create educational videos, eindfilms, corporate communications or workshops. *The pastMy previous roles have given me valuable experience in both the corporate and education sectors. As a former L&D advisor, I developed and managed learning programmes. I have improved blended learning processes and worked extensively with learning management systems such as Moodle and Totara. Plus tools such as Articulate Storyline, H5P, Adobe Captivate and Adobe CC.I started my career as a primary school teacher.
