Oversee the 5 Client Services Departments (on top of being an Account Manager for the Business Products & Services Vertical), while our CSM / Client Services Manager was on maternity leave. Handled client concerns that were escalated from the different departments, and worked closely with our CEO to develop/enhance our business processes.

Supervise the calling agents assigned to work campaigns for clients offering advertising and marketing solutions. Prepared campaign call script, email templates and coordinate closely with Research Department in putting together the campaign list based on the target specifications of the clients. Prepared the weekly reports, and discuss with Account.
