Responsible in preparing inventory reports of raw materials and plant supplies of commercial plant and tolling operations of Armor Milling Corporation.Prepares daily inventory report, monthly inventory report, production summary, withdrawal summary, and summary of purchases.Analyzes the movement of daily consumption of raw materials.Checking of the mixing report versus the formulation given by the nutritionist in order to monitor the changes in feed ingredients and total inclusion of every raw materials.Encoding of daily purchases and withdrawals of raw materials and plant supplies in order to monitor the amount of stocks available.Prepares graphs / trending of prices of raw materials based on the average cost.Attend to walk-in suppliers when purchasing assistant is not available.Performs other duties that maybe assigned from time to time.

Responsible in monitoring of stocks of raw materials and plant supplies.Facilitates the continuous canvassing of items from accredited and non-accredited suppliers.Ensure fast and timely processing of purchase requisitions and job orders.Negotiate with suppliers on pricing, terms, conditions, quality problems, and rejection, repairs and warranties.Coordinate with the accounting department regarding the payment for the items purchased. Prepares daily reports including daily inventory and total sales.Monitors daily stock status of fuels and lubricants, conducts daily dipping to ensure the actual stock available.Computes total volume sold and total peso sales of fuels, lubricants, and LPG.Responsible in placing the required volume to order.Responsible in orienting and training newly hired forecourt staff.Monitor the cleanliness and safety of the forecourt area.Responsible in receiving the delivery volume of fuels, lubricants, and LPG.Performs other duties that maybe assigned for time to time.
