AFRRCS is a two-way radio network for first responders in municipal, provincial and First Nations agencies across the province of Alberta.Operating directly with PMs, Finance Controller and Project Director.Direct customer interface managing the contract including change management and progress reporting.Developed a project database for tracking and exception reporting, creating, implementing and maintaining processes for high quality output by the Project roll-out team.

Network Implementation QA/Acceptance Manager 2011/02 – 2011/09 NSN MEA Cell-C Project South Africa Managed site quality and acceptance documentation for 1500 Multi Radio BTS sites, 4 BSC’s and 4 RNC’s, with a core team of 30 resources. Operated directly with Finance and Controls, Customer Account team and Project Director. Direct interface with Customer to establish test and acceptance process for site and network acceptance. Solved quality issues at site and established high quality of acceptance documentation with Customer. Successfully worked with Project roll-out team to clear backlog of 600 on air sites that needed documentation and quality issues cleared to achieve acceptance by Customer. Created and implemented new processes to ensure backlog did not recur. Network Implementation Turnaround Project Manager 2010/07 – 2011/02 NSN MEA Du Project Dubai/South Africa Successfully identified problems within the project and provided solution to get progress back on track. Successfully identified process gaps and defined new and amended processes to complete the Project within the timelines and budget. Effectively lead projects within a matrix organization from start to completion. Ensured that the Project team followed agreed processes to ensure that invoicing timelines were met. Provided overall visibility of the Project in both the Financial and reporting tools. Interfaced with Regional and local Finance and Controls, Customer Account team and Project Director. Key responsibilities were to drive customer PO through to payment and clear invoicing backlog of $95M USD and ensure backlog did not recur, this was achieved.

Provided overall visibility of the Project in both the Financial and reporting tools (SAP, EPM and Business Objects). Managed timeline, risk management and budgetary control from network design, quality assurance, implementation, network integration and commercial launch. Effectively lead project within a matrix organization from start to completion.
