• Represent the organization to the clients, including key account clients, and ensure that they receive the highest standard of service from the organization• Drive the team to increase client joining ratio over the course of time by providing excellent candidate engagement• Address the clients’ concerns in a timely manner, escalating issues as appropriate• Manage and lead a team of HR Counsellors to meet the clients’ needs• Monitor the team’s performance and ensure that they achieve their KRAs• Maintain and develop excellent client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction • Assist client Talent Acquisition teams in recruitment• Take interviews to hire candidates as HR Counsellors and conduct training sessions in the team, when required

• Provide a seamless, smooth onboarding for candidates• Hand-hold candidates from the time of offer till the date of joining and help them through the entire process• Proactively address any questions or concerns the candidates may have post accepting the offer• Highlight any candidates who could be at a joining risk so that the clients can proactively take necessary actions to mitigate the risk• Assist and provide any client specific requirements for the candidates during onboarding• Conduct exit interviews for employees exiting an organization, trying to understand the real reason for leaving
