Responsibilities :- Helping the team in handling major issues that occur in the customer.- Transfer Knowledge to the team about the technical side of the company's products.- Provide advice related to technology according to customer needs.- Ensure that local support services are delivered to customers properly.- Create sizing & design system architectures for Nextcloud File Server & Zimbra Email Server that meet the organization's needs and ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.- Manage IT infrastructure operations, including servers, networks, databases, and cloud services to ensure reliability and efficiency.- Continuously evaluate and optimize system performance; recommend and implement system upgrades and enhancements.- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures.- Collaborate with software developers, IT support, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for system initiatives.- Provide advanced troubleshooting and incident response to resolve complex technical issues.Implement security standards to secure the system such as regular patching.

Local Support Responsibilities :- Monitoring and managing customer email server.- 24/7 Provide techical support to customer via Phone & Email ticketing.- Onsite/Remote Support.- Perform version upgrades and patch updates to ensure the customer's email server is updated.Professional Services Responsibilities : - Implementation Zimbra Single & Multi Server Architecture.- Implementation Cellopoint Email Security.- Installation and tuning configuration of Linux Server (CentOS, Ubuntu, Red Hat) to get best performance.- Tuning & Security Hardening configuration of Zimbra Collaboration Suite.- Integrating Zimbra with Fortimail, Ironport and Proxmox Mail Gateway.- Integrating Zimbra with Microsoft Active Directory, OpenLDAP, Samba 4.- Integrating Zimbra with Microsoft Exhcnage, Google Workspace, Nextcloud, OnlyOffice.- Technical Documentation Of Implementation.- Knowledge Transfer after implementation progress.
