As a shift team leader at Al Kout Industrial Projects Company, I lead and supervise a team of operators and technicians in the production of caustic soda and chlorine using membrane technology. I ensure the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of the plant, and coordinate with other departments to optimize the process and troubleshoot any issues.I have over six years of experience in the chloralkali industry, starting as a process operator and then advancing to a DCS operator. I have gained multiple certifications in oil and gas management, health and safety, and control valve basics, and I am proficient in LOTO, SWP, and process control. I have a passion for process optimization and leadership, and I am committed to continuous improvement and learning in my field. I hold a BTech in Chemical Engineering from Anna University Chennai, where I learned the fundamentals and applications of chemical engineering principles and practices.
