As Patient Relation Manager for the Ayush EMR project at Smrthi Health Care, I will oversee and test the development of an EMR tailored for rehabilitation setups. This collaborative initiative between Smrthi Health Care and Capri Health Care, UK, aims to create a patient- and user-friendly digital health solution. My primary focus will be to ensure the system aligns with patient needs and clinical workflows, contributing to a seamless and efficient digital health future for rehabilitation services.

As a Medical Social Worker at the Pediatric Rehabilitation Centre, I played a pivotal role in supporting children and their families by bridging the gap between multidisciplinary teams and linking them to relevant social policies and resources. As a Project Media Technical Head & Content Creator for the WOW-Weed out Weed project funded by the U.S. Department of State name Access, I was responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging content for the project's social media platforms.My role involved designing and creating posters, infographics, and other visual content to attract and educate our target audience on the harmful effects of weed and the benefits of living a drug-free lifestyle. Through my creativity and technical skills, I was able to effectively communicate the project's message and engage with the online community.I took great care to ensure all content was high-quality and visually appealing while adhering to the project's brand guidelines. I also collaborated with the project team to ensure that all content was accurate, informative, and aligned with our goals and objectives.Through my contribution as a Project Media Technical Head & Content Creator, I raised awareness about weed's dangers and promoted the importance of drug-free living among young people. I am proud to have been a part of this meaningful project and look forward to continuing to use my skills and creativity to make a positive impact in the community.

As a fieldwork trainee with SAVE Trust, I had the opportunity to participate in organizing various programs aimed at serving the marginalized communities in Chennai. These programs included renovating and opening a community library at the evening study centre, monitoring children's activities, and participating in the Shelter Monitoring Committee meeting at Stanley Hospital.During these programs, I was able to work with a dedicated team of individuals and apply my theoretical knowledge into practical application. I gained valuable experience in mobilizing resources, providing guidance, documenting activities, and providing suggestions for improvement. I also had the opportunity to explore and express my thoughts and views on various issues, which expanded my understanding of the world around me.Overall, my social work experience with SAVE Trust was a rewarding and fulfilling opportunity. As the Vice President of SWASS, the Social Workers Association for Staff and Students in the Department of Social Work at Loyola College Chennai, I had the privilege of holding a leadership position in organizing and conducting several social programs and initiatives throughout the academic year 2022-2023.In this role, I collaborated with other members of the organization to plan and execute social events and community outreach projects, managed budgets and resources, oversaw communications and marketing efforts, and served as a liaison between the association and other departments or organizations within the college.I was proud to promote awareness and advocacy for various social issues, such as poverty, homelessness, mental health, and environmental sustainability, through educational workshops, campaigns, and fundraising efforts.Overall, my experience as Vice President of SWASS allowed me to develop strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, and a passion for social justice and making a positive impact in the community.

As part of the EmYSI project to co-create digital guides for E- mentoring for social and youth work for higher institutions and NGOs in India and Finland. The project is Funded by the National Educational Ministry of Finland and coordinated by Laurea University, Helsinki Finland and partners are HUMAK University, Helsinki, Finland, Loyola College Chennai, KIIT, Odisha.As part of the Program, Have visited Various Organizations and Universities and Experienced the Accessibility Status of all Public and Private Organizations. Gained Hands on Experience in Implementing the Universal Design and the Retro Fitting Accessible Environment for the Persons with Disability Community both Physical and Digital Environment. Created a Digital Guide with the Models of WCGA guidelines on the Web Accessibility Guidelines.
