Human Resources Executive
Current- Prepare monthly attendance and payroll accurately (using advanced Microsoft Excel), including overtime andsalary adjustments and deductions.- Responsible for providing an efficient and effective payroll service while ensuring that service users receiveaccurate information at all times.- Maintain and enter payroll information precisely and accurately. Assist in the development, implementation, andongoing maintenance of a payroll strategy.- Work as a payroll executive, keeping track of the department's activities and providing assistance as needed.- Keeping HR databases up to date.- Coordinate complex travel schedules, accommodations, and trip logistics for candidates and executives.- Prepare documents such as a warning and termination letter, salary increments, promotion, and abscondingletter.- Determines payroll report variations and reconciles discrepancies prior to the final payroll process.- Process employee personal finance loans and update employee accounts.- Maintain payroll files and records, as well as hand over monthly payroll reports to accounts.
