- Responsible for the entire operations of a manufacturing unit where Tyre retreading envelopes and tyre and tube repair units are produced. Over all responsibilities includes the general management and administration of the plant, production and planning of orders, quality assurance and control, health and safety, Costing and budgeting, product development, cost saving and control and plant maintenance.

: Responsible for managing the planning Operations of four units of the organisation with a annual turnover of 200 crores by ensuring maximum throughput thereby ensure minimal loss in materials as well as manpower. Lead a team of six direct reportees and a total strength 400 people. Single point contact with the marketing dept for ensuring on time supply and despatch of orders as per the schedule provided by marketing dept. Co-ordinating with all functional departments of the factory to ensure a smooth production run. Very strong in Business process study. Have end to end implementation experience in SAP Business One. A keen planner with expertise in planning & controlling the production operations as per the capacity available.

: Started as production supervisor and worked for 12 years in production floor. Subsequently chosen by the management as the sole SAP co-ordiantor for implementing ERP process across various levels of the plant whose annual turn over is 1000 crores. Also actively participated in the implementation TPM.
