Comprehensive bid preparation includes a study of the complete scope of works, drawings,specifications, and commercial terms & conditions.Study the exact site conditions by visiting sites.Prepare Bill of Quantities by understanding the scope of works and drawings.Based on Clients budget constraints for any specific project, carrying out Value engineeringstudies.Prepare Pre-tender clarifications and communicate with the client to understand the scopeand manner.Prepare quotation requests and communicate with equipment suppliers/sub-contractors toget their Techno-Commercial offers in time.Evaluation of Techno-Commercial Offers received from the suppliers and compiling of technicaloffers for bid submission to end client.Preparation of preliminary work schedule, labor histogram and method statement for biddingpurposes.Prepare Commercial Cost Working including Equipment Supply, Material, Manpower & financerequirements for final approval, highlighting supply equipment technical comparison anddeviations with the scope of works.Bid preparation as per the client requirement with supporting documents and present toEstimation Head detailing in deviations with the scope of works and ways to secure projectwith best possible markup.Follow-up with Client after submitting the bid and get the feedback about the bid and convincethem in technical/commercial aspects to get the order.Maintaining Record Keeping, Suppliers/Manufacturers Data Bank records.Making Pre-Qualification documents, both standards as well project specific questionnaires.Preparation of Material Submittals & Method Statements and initial documentation.

Perform responsibilities of carrying out Internal and External works as per approved drawing at site.
