• Actively engage and oversee all phases of product development, including conceptualization, developing designs with contractors, testing prototypes & taking the product to production• Identify product quality improvements and implement changes• Prepare and control product documents• Continuously improve production and warehouse processes using lean principles• Analyze sales data and prepare production plans• Product assembly and BOM maintenance• Product maintenance and failure analysis• Assist with warehousing duties

• Assisting senior engineers with design using Solidworks• Produce detail, fabrication and assembly drawings• Produce Bill of materials and plan/prepare project schedules• Procure materials from suppliers• Liaise with suppliers and workshop staff to ensure project deliverables are met on time• Assist with fabrication and assembly• Performing QA tasks and assisting with FAT’s• Streamline and document standard engineering practices• Creating technical and supporting documentation as per requirement.• Conducting site measurements• Updating Site layout drawings using Draftsight

•To provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.•Handle all internet orders and ensure 100 % fulfilment rate.•To ensure that all stock received is checked against the packing slips, and then entered onto the AS400 computer system on a daily basis.•To complete and process all transfer requests; and acknowledge all inwards stock transfers once stock has been checked off against the paperwork.•To ensure that all stock is security tagged before it is displayed on the showroom floor and assist the Store Manager with stock take preparation.•To assist with reconciliation of weekly reports as directed by the Store Manager.

• Take recordings and create video database during Mid-Year Practice Presentations• Undertake registrations, coordinate different activities and provide any additional support as required during Final Presentations and Display's Day.

•Interpret 2D engineering drawings and design/develop parametric 3D CAD models based on customer requirements•Document design work and prepare any supporting technical documentation as required•Conduct trainings and consulting for AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA v5, NX, ANSYS Workbench (Structural and CFD) and Project Management concepts (PMBOK)•Analyze customer requirements and advise best CAD solution to suit their business model•Research boundary conditions, perform engineering calculations and structural/CFD simulations for client projects.•Primary contact for customers, assisting in any software queries and designing issues•Working in conjunction with sales team to plan/define monthly targets and identify new marketing strategies to accomplish them•Conduct seminars/workshops to promote company’s CAD/CAE training services
