As a dedicated Senior Clinical Engineer working in data, I am passionate about utilising my skills and expertise to drive positive change in healthcare. Currently working at the Manchester University NHS Foundation Trust, I am well-versed in the latest technology and methodologies in the field, including Good Laboratory Practice (GLP), SolidWorks, MATLAB, SQL, and Java. I have a strong foundation in various aspects of biomedical engineering, as demonstrated by the numerous modules I have taken at university, including Molecular and Synthetic Bioengineering, Biomechatronics and Medical Devices, and Clinical Anatomy and Physiology. My studies have honed my ability to undertake complex projects and apply theoretical concepts to practical situations.In my role as a Senior Clinical Engineer, I have proven my ability to tackle new tasks with creativity and drive, and I have been recognised for my strategic diplomacy in navigating complex situations. With a focus on delivering positive results and improving patient care, I have played a key role in ensuring compliance with the Department of Health and ISO 9001:2015 standards. This has involved interpreting complex information, liaising with equipment manufacturers and external organisations, and executing safety protocols to ensure the safe and effective use of medical devices.In my personal time, I enjoy staying active through cycling and exploring the world of literature.
